Op-Ed: 1 Month in and Biden Has Essentially Canceled the 1964 Civil Rights Act: 'Skin color and gender are about as relevant to my skills and contributions to society as my having black hair.'
Will be worse than when it was enacted. Everything based on color, race, and religion.
