Florida doctor could be first to die from COVID vaccine - Chicago Tribune: The death of Dr. Gregory Michael, a Miami-Beach obstetrician, could be the first linked to Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine. Health officials from Florida and the Centers from Disease Control and Prevention are investigating what role, if any, the vaccine played in his death.
