Kamala Harris promises 'executive action' on gun control is elected: "Upon being elected, I will give the United States Congress 100 days to get their act together," Harris said. "Then I will take executive action."
She is not RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT. Only the President can issue an Executive Action.
