"study suggests, based on statistical modeling..."  NOT FACTS.  So of course there was a difference when the factual numbers came in.  The people who wrote the study HAD NO ACCESS TO ACTUAL FACTUAL DATA.  IN OTHER WORDS THEY GUESSED WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION to try to make DeSantis and Flordia look bad.
